Daniel inspected the roof and provided an estimate based on my request since the solar system installer had indicated few areas of the roof might need to be repaired. He texted me pictures of the problematic areas and explained what needs to be done. Once done, he texted me pictures to illustrate the issue had been addressed. Furthermore, Daniel also let me know that the entire roof is in good shape and should last another 3-5 years. That fact is greatly appreciated since it's now a factor for me to consider whether I should sell the house and if so, when!!!

100% Recommend!! After contracting a roofing company that said it could repair a leak on our Spanish style clay roof tile but could not do it right. I looked for a quote with other roofing companies, some never responded or took them a month to respond. I am so happy I found Pioneer Roofing Co. They were fast to respond, knowledgeable, and they repaired the flashing in three sections of the roof including a chimney for a decent price and in an incredible short time. I would recommend them to anyone and probably called them next time for any roofing needs.

Overall, we are very pleased with our new roof. Daniel, Spencer, and all of the staff were courteous, on time, thorough, and professional. The new roof looks good, and is a compliment to our overall home remodel. While the roof has just been completed and has not stood the test of weather, we feel good about the prospects of it performing as expected. The price was fair, and the job was completed on the schedule promised. We would definitely recommend Spencer and Pioneer Roofing.
