Small shop off Poway road. Right next to Phileas Fogg's. There is also a coffee shop and barber shop in same complex. When getting a quote for price and time of repair all were accurate. The owner is nice and knowledgeable. He has great customer service. Got my kids iPad fixed as the screen was cracked. Pricing was good and it took less time than quoted. I would recommend this place to anyone needing phone/ipad repair.
Allen is QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL, SERVICE with INTEGRITY! Wish we came here FIRST! We repaired our phone elsewhere; HUGE mistake! Found Allen (Phone Repair Depot) on YELP and left a phone message after reading GREAT reviews. Allen responded promptly and we came in to discuss options (which previous phone repair shop didn't give us). He asked for our goal (keep phone or immediately trade in?). We are keeping the phone and Allen detailed pros and cons of our options ($, $$, or $$$). Allen quoted a reasonable price and spot on time-line for repair. I had a part of a charger break off in my iPad but I didn't know it. He pleasantly greeted me, took a quick look and immediately saw the problem. It took him only 10 minutes to fix it for a very reasonable price. I will definitely return!
