2926 Garnet Ave, San Diego“This is hands down the best doggy day care and overnight boarding in San Diego. Our 2 rescue pups have come here several times over the last few years, for as long as 6 nights, and every time I’m blown away by the level of care provided.
One of our dogs is super friendly, while the other is much more shy and still getting used to strangers and other dogs. Our shy dog needs to be with her sister at all times, and isn’t always the best at communicating her feelings - and Dog Days always provides us with thorough updates on how she’s doing and accommodates her little quirks (like needing to be in the small dog area despite being 50 pounds, ha) to make sure she’s doing well & that all the other dogs are comfortable too.
We’ve also used their transportation drop off service, and there was a hiccup once where our shy dog was having some barrier aggression when getting into the van. Rather than throwing their hands up and asking us to come get her, DD gave her and her sister a PRIVATE ride home - we were obviously a bit mortified but so relieved that DD handled the situation so well for all dogs involved. They gave us a robust rundown of the situation and recommendations for how to handle similar issues in the future.
And whenever we call to check in as anxious dog parents, they always give us detailed notes on their behavior and health as well. We also love that they have extracurriculars for the dogs, like hiking outings, too!
Dog Days is truly the most professional level of dog care you can get in San Diego - and while the rates do reflect that, it’s absolutely worth the peace of mind. Ziggy and Nova say thank you!!“

1880 Camino De La Reina Suite 1065, San Diego“I recently had the pleasure of using Raise the Wuff mobile dog grooming service for my first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was incredibly convenient and professional.
My dog, Roxy, is a senior dog and usually gets nervous at traditional grooming salons, but having the groomer come to our home made such a difference. She was calm throughout the entire process, thanks to the groomer’s gentle approach and care.
The trailer was clean and well-equipped, and I loved being able to watch from the iPad to ensure Roxy was comfortable.
If you’re looking for an stress-free, convenient, and professional grooming experience for your dog, I highly recommend Charity! I’ve already booked my next appointment with her.“

My dog Tuna has a double coat, and unfortunately we've had our fair share of experiences where groomers shave her when I ask them not to. Jamie was extremely kind and asked lots of questions, she even texted me to make sure the length was okay while she was grooming! 10/10 experience, will definitely bring Tuna back. I will note that the parking lot is a little tight, but there is street parking if the lot is full!“

4660 La Jolla Village Dr Suites 100, San Diego“I recently adopted a rescue cat who had been abandoned after his person passed. The cat had been living on the street for over 10 years in a vacant lot of the Mission District in San Francisco. Since April of this year he has been living with me in San Diego and acclimating quite well.
Now that he has settled in I needed to get his nails trimmed to make sure they didn't grow into his paw pads and to give him better traction. I started searching for mobile pet groomers and found Eduardo via Private Mobile Grooming.
Eduardo was able to come to my place within an hour of speaking to him over the phone, and was able to guide me through the best approach to get my cat safely secured so the nails could be trimmed. The whole process took no more than about 10 minutes from the moment Eduardo arrived to when he was done and the nails were trimmed!
I was totally amazed and grateful for Eduardo's peaceful demeanor and approach and for his skill and guidance! I will be scheduling another appointment with Eduardo the next time my cat's nails are ready to be trimmed!
I highly and strongly recommend this grooming business and Eduardo!
Thank you!“

4219 Park Blvd, San Diego“Wow! This is the most professional and amazing groomer we have ever been to. After a lifetime of going to the groomer every two weeks our 15 year old Malshi suddenly decided she does not tolerate groomers anymore. She is going deaf and blind and is just having a hard time, so long story short we have been trying to find a new groomer that could cater to her spicy senior demeanor. We saw a video of Logan the groomer grooming a spicy dog on social media and immediately made an appointment same day. To say we were relieved and impressed would be an understatement. Beginning to end, booking to pick up the experience was 100/10. The staff is so kind and patient. They took the time to go over our senior's quirks before the appointment and by some miracle were able to groom her completely. They did a wonderful job and she didn't seem stressed at all upon pick-up. Will be back and highly recommend for senior dogs needing special care.“

I had to go out of town for four days, and my Pup was only four months old, I almost canceled…. Until I met Shannon! We had a meet and greet and I could immediately tell she was a very loving dog person! My puppy stayed with her for four days. I received pictures and a report each day, he had a fabulous time! Shannon brought him in to her home and treated him like a part of her family. It was very comforting knowing that he was in good hands while I was so far away, I will definitely use her again and again and again!“

With over 20 yrs + experience. I have been taking my fur babies to him for many years! Eventhough I know live an hour north of SD I take my babies to him! Very honest man!“
“OMG I took my reactive dog to get a nail trim. Let me just tell you Angel was so warm and welcoming to me and my dog. We are for sure coming back. So glad Petco was full otherwise I would have never had the opportunity to have met Angel.“

6331 University Ave, San Diego“It was quiet for a Friday night, but had a lot of potential to be a great hangout spot. Food options are limited to fried food and some of the beers ran out on their taps. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends as they have TVs at every direction and plenty of tabletop games to enjoy. Plus the amount of dogs that are there was very enjoyable to watch as a non-dog owner.“

1417 Riviera Summit Rd, San Diego“My babies were taken care of so well, I really love the one on one grooming they received. They got a nice bath, ears cleaned, paws scrubbed, cologne for him and perfume for her along with other services done. They smelled so good after and every service was done perfectly. I found my new grooming spot and my babies were so happy to be there. A very big plus for me was pictures and updates so my worry free self could be at peace while I was away from them. I recommend DaPawSpa 10/10“

“I moved my 2/3 pug 1/3 pittie-boxer foster fail love bug (Juan Pablo) from Camp-Run-A-Mutt to Paw Commons for doggy daycare.
Paw Commons has by far been the better experience for our pup. First, there is way more space, a great water feature where the dogs who want to get wet can frolic, and there are way fewer dogs (or simply just way more space for them).
My pup stopped wanting to get out of the car at the former place where at Paw Commons, he is super excited to go and jumps happily out of the car when we arrive.
This speaks volumes of the difference in experience he had. The humans at both places are professional and kind, it just seems like the dogs have a little more room to play, jump up on various things, hide under things and of course engage in water play if they want. 10/10. The owner of Paw Commons is very passionate about providing an amazing experience for the dogs. Perhaps something about being a franchise like Camp-Run-A-Mutt they need to get as many dogs as possible crammed in on any given day.
Attached is a screenshot from the live cam where JP was walking precariously close to the water (which he generally hates, lol) and a pic of our very happy, tired boy when he got home.“
