I could not be happier with my experience! I have never used anyone other than friends/family to watch my pets since I have two scaredy cats, an antisocial dog, and another dog that needs multiple medications morning and night. However, the minute I met Emily she put my mind at ease. The entire process was so simple. Mira answered my call at 7:00 on a Friday night and answered every question I had. She took me through the steps to set up a meet & greet with my assigned sitter Emily (which they do as a courtesy/no charge). On the scheduled day Emily arrived right on time (this is important because it can be hard to find my place and parking sucks which means Emily left early to get there on time...that goes a LONG way with me). She took her time meeting all four of my pets and made me so comfortable that I couldn't wait for her to watch them. Each time Emily came to my house I would get a text update with a cute picture of my little ones which was awesome. I came home to four happy/healthy critters and I can not wait to use their services again. Please ask for Emily, she is amazing, trustworthy, and I could tell she really cared about my pets. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this company far exceeded my expectations and then some. As an added bonus...they were 1/2 the price of what it would have cost me to leave my animals at a pet hotel and by using their services my pets got to stay at home where they are comfortable and got more attention from Emily than they would have if they were boarded up somewhere. So incredibly worth it.

I'm a fellow pet sitter and would trust Mira and her team with my pup! Mira is personable and professional and her love of animals shows though when you meet her. She has tremendous experience and is truly a gem to the pet sitting world!
