We purchased shades and draperies 6 years ago. Our kitchen & entry door roller shades had small issues with the cord. I contacted Pacific Drapery last week and yesterday Ivan came to our home and fixed both issues. Customer service is 100%! Thank you Cathy and Ivan!

With her encyclopedic knowledge of color, texture, and weight she helped me select drapes and shades to transform our home into a haven and our guest house into a retreat. The floor length white pleated sheers on black rods in our living and dining room are stunning. And the Roman shades in the bedrooms coordinate beautifully with our furnishings. I can't say enough about this company. Kathy shows up prepared to match my ideas and visions. She goes out of her way to find specifics I'm looking for. Makes my process short and simple. Her knowledge from pleats to tassels, lighting, to design. She is the go to. Ivan is also amazing at telling me where I want my measurements for each room. Every drapery is different. It is an ART and they nail it. They have done all my Children's nursery's. The quality is incomparable and my kids sleep peacefully in a perfect blacked out room. My living room drapes make me so happy. They have even repaired custom drapes I have done before that were done incorrectly. I cannot thank them enough!!!
