I live in the neighborhood. I have driven by and stopped twice and they are always closed. I guess by appointment only? Saw their ad in the local newspaper and called them. Got a message machine. I'm just not into playing phone tag, i.e they have to call me back - my phone rejects the unrecognized spam number and we're back where we started from. Then I left an email on their web site 3 days ago inquiring about service, time needed and fee. Heard nothing back.Need to work on being very easy to access. Hire someone to handle the phone traffic? Why advertise for new business when you can't be gotten ahold of, much less responded to?Peter G. / University Heights

I feel like I hit the reset button on my skin after an amazing and relaxing facial with Lisa! I have combination skin that I had been bombarding with a mix of products in hopes of salvaging my face (but it was probably doing a lot more harm than good). But after getting a European Facial, I feel like my skin is more even, nourished, and my breakouts are healing faster and smoother than I've EVER seen them. I can still see the difference a week after the facial. I appreciate how friendly and inviting Lisa is as soon as you walk through the door and she uses crazy effective products. If I wasn't moving out of the city, I would make a facial at Original Skin & Body Care a monthly ritual. Do yourself a favor and book a facial with Lisa, your skin will thank you!

Wow! I just enjoyed an incredible afternoon of relaxation & expert pampering thanks to a massage by Monica and a facial by Lisa. I feel like a new person! I love the peaceful ambiance of this boutique salon. Perfect for unplugging after a long week. I know what I'll be putting on my wish list for Santa.
