I needed a roof replacement and selected Niche Builders Group after quoting multiple contractors. Tom promised me they would start on Monday and finish on Friday and that's exactly what they did. The roof is watertight and I'm thrilled with the results. My house was kept clean and tidy and I was kept in the loop every day with regard to progress.5 months later, I needed wood repair after tenting for termites. I had no hesitation in calling Niche Builders again. I received the same quality service on a tricky repair. Again, great communication and a tidy worksite.I would certainly recommend Niche Builders and use them again if the situation warrants it.

Loved their attention to details. Work well done. Tidied up properly it didn’t seem like painting was being done while they were painting as they left the house clean every evening. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Niche Builders! Tom responded quickly to my call, and set a time to look at my roof and gutters. He is easy to work with, ethical, knowledgeable, reasonable, and provides quality work. He was able to fit me in quickly due to my insurance demands! His team arrived when he said they would, provided pictures of what needed to be replaced, completed the job quickly and cleaned up quite nicely. He also told me what I could take care of myself that had contributed to the deterioration of my roof. I will definitely recommend him and will use him for any other needs I have!
