Neuromuscular Massage Therapy

Wow, for me, wish I had learned about neuromuscular therapy years ago! On vacation, I learned about this therapy and looked up a therapist back home. I was hoping to get some knee pain relief and learn how to beat aging so I can keep doing my sports without more issues and surgery. I've just had one session with Sheldon and yes agree with the others who did reviews. Amazing work on my tight and overworked muscles! He corrected several areas and I am thrilled. I might be able to do my upcoming Half Dome trip now. Looking forward to my next session. Thank you Sheldon!!!

Sheldon is the most knowledgeable, effective and amazing massage therapist I have ever met. He used to be my instructor at massage school and has treated me for over 7 years now on a regular basis. Sheldon treated me through both of my pregnancies and I don't know how I would have handled the physical challenges without him. His knowledge about anatomy as well as his vast toolbox of different applications is fascinating...this is real therapeutic bodywork!!! I never ever had a better massage anywhere else in over 20 years that I have been getting massages at least once a month.

I have dealt with extremely bad lower back pain and tried everything from pain pills, yoga, chiropractic care and more. My mom referred me to Sheldon and I can't believe how he got rid of my pain in just one session! He literally has healing hands of an angel. I tell everyone about him and if you also have pain then I suggest you go see him. I can't wait to see him again thank you Sheldon!
