Was a pleasant experience. Omar called to let me know he was on his way. He introduced himself and listen to me tell my version of the plumbing issue. He was quick to assess the issue and provided an estimate with an explanation to the work being done. This was given to the property management company that made the decision. Omar explained the 30 day warrantee and what to be on the look out for. Omar made sure everything was put back to its original place. Who does that anymore? Definitely use Mr. Rooter!!!

Francisco came out as expected and looked over the drain problem and explained everything to me in an understandable way. He unclogged the drain and ran water so I could see it was running smoothly. He was polite and courteous. I would highly recommended Mr. Rooter. Price was a little bit high but he gave me a senior discount
