I cannot praise Mr. J's Cleaners enough. Their customer service is excellent. After a near disaster for a dress that was to be worn to a wedding, Mr. J's was recommended by our hotel. Mr. J's was very nice and reassuring. They did a same day dry clean and press turn around and the dress was able to be worn the next day to the wedding.

Don't often use dry cleaners, but the baby spit up all over a dry clean only throw. Staff was very friendly. There was a one day delay because it had to be sent out, but I didn't mind. Came back clean and great. Would use again (though hopefully won't have to lol).

I have personally used this cleaners. I took couple of garments and realize they were iron but not wash or clean. Its obvious bcuz they smell. It sad to have a business and not give oustanding service to your customers.
