I had Monster Steamer come out to clean my couch, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! They were right on time, which I really appreciated. The team was knowledgeable, polite, and super friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and I could tell they really knew their stuff. My couch looks and smells amazing now—truly outstanding work! I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!
I had David from Monster Steamer Carpet Cleaning over to clean my 21 year old carpets yesterday! It looks amazing! My carpet looks new! I am a first time customer and will for sure hire them again! I have 4 cats and David was able to get the pee smell and stain out of my carpet. And my 2 kittens had ringworm and the steam kills ringworm in the carpet is why I hired Monster Steamer in the first place! David was so nice and he Loves cats!!! So appreciative!
David could not have been better! He was patient waiting for me to get situated for the visit as I was on an unexpected work call when he arrived, he was fantastic with my dogs, and did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpet and couch ! He took extra time for detail and did an incredibly thorough job. Thank you, David!
