BAD customer service. My first appointment was today at 10:00 am I texted to confirm, I got a call back one hour before my appointment l, to tell me she cannot be there until 1:30. When I showed up at 1:30 to my surprise , I was told it will be another 4 hours before she can do my hair. Was this a joke ?? couldn't believe it. she was my If I was coming back. Is this got real. never recommend this place to anyone. unless you want to waste your time
