I needed to have my fathers house appraised when he past away last year. I looked online and thankfully I found Michael. He was so nice and answered all of my questions. I even had to reschedule at the last minute and he was happy to accommodate. Once met him, I knew that I had made a wise choice. I really didn’t know what to expect since I had never dealt with an appraiser but was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend him.
Our home is for sale and we wanted a unbiased person to give us an appraisal on our property.
