Kept on losing our frames. We sent in 3 frames in the same package, but only 2 got recorded. 1 frame went missing and was never found. Happened twice in 2 months. They need to take their job more seriously and monitoring their orders from Doctors office.

Purchased prescription lenses. They came in with two different colored coatings. Ordered new lenses. Those came in the wrong size (too small) for my frames. This demonstrates poor quality and attention to detail. If they don't have a quality control department, they need one. I'm beginning to think my optometrist shouldn't have given this company a second chance. Hoping they get the third pair of lenses correct.

I work for an eyeglass repair in San Diego, and we've done repairs for Meridian in the past. We have stopped doing repairs for Meridian Labs as they have NEVER PAID THEIR BILL!!!! They have a past due balance of only $209 and yet they cannot be bothered to pay their bill. They've owed us this money since 2010. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.
