First time here! I got Gel X full set with single color polish. Rosie did my nails and they were perfect! The vibes here were great. Super clean salon and professional. I want to mention that I'm very picky with my nails. Any polish outside of my nail, I have my nail tech fix. I saw some that I was going to ask to fix, but Rosie fixed it without asking!! She's a bit quiet, but her work is amazing. The front desk lady was nice and responsive; they took me in even though I was 30 minutes early. I finally found a nail spa that provides the best service I've ever had. Everyone was awesome, they don't upsell and they're honest with prices and options of services. I love Kristen and I'm so happy with her work and for the first time someone actually shaped my nails exactly as i like them. I also love the extra hospitality, offering wines, mimosas etc. Luxe will be my permanent nail spa from now on!
Store was clean and service was good. I gave it only 4 stars because I wasn't thrilled with the way she shaped my toenails (1 was diagonal). And the polish is already starting to chip 8 days later.
