I've been needing a haircut for the longest time and searched for so many salons. Gratefully, I came across Luisa and had set up an appointment. I showed her an inspo video, then we talked about my hair, and she gave a great consultation to ensure what I wanted! I wanted to keep my long hair, but it needed more life and dimension. Ended up loving the results, never had been more content with my hair!

What stood out for me was Luisa's thorough explanation of her process, ensuring I was on board with every step. The free two-week touch-up period she offers is a game-changer - she genuinely cares about getting your cut just right. The whole experience felt like more than just a haircut. Luisa really made my day! A beautiful precision cut and the most amazing head massage! Her salon suite is lovely and she is so welcoming. Excellent hospitality (delicious coffee). A very kind and talented young woman! She listened closely to what I wanted and put so much time and attention in to her work. I can't wait to see her again!
