Good company, I did some consultation for them on a large project and smaller projects in San Diego. Mike listens to his consultants and always does the right thing. Goes beyond what is contracted to make sure things are correct for the client. I would work with him in a minute should he need extra management. He did not ask me write a review.

We needed to remodel our fireplace and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We spoke with several contractors and we are so happy we went with LionCraft. Even from the initial conversation, we could tell they were different from the rest. They listened to our needs and checked in every step of the way to make sure they gave us exactly what we wanted. They were very kind and considerate and the communication was fantastic. Recommendation for Michael de LeonLionCraft Construction Michael de Leon and his LionCraft Construction company have been our contractors for over 16 years. After the San Diego Cedar Wildfire of 2003 burned our home to the ground, we chose Michael and his company to build our custom design home on our acre-plus property. Michael offered creative ideas and was always easy to work with. He completed a challenging and original design, which included a floating turret with an internal circular library. Surrounding the outside of the library is an external cat walk with an artistic iron railing, looking down into the 19 foot ceilinged living room.Michael also landscaped the property masterfully, completing the handsome hard scape and plantings. To this end his company was able to cut into the existing hillside and prepare an apron there, before using a huge augur to dig large holes for the planting of our fruit and citrus tree orchard. Following this landscaping achievement, Michael and his crew have maintained our property and then most recently built our deck.Michael and his team produced the highest quality work on the deck, using innovative ideas and impeccable attention to detail. The delivery was flawless, from working under the restrictions of our HOA, to again producing matching iron railings, to devising the sturdy yet appealingly created half roof and supports. The use of Hardie Board and Trex offer both fire protection and attractiveness. To reduce upkeep, Michael installed high tech one-and-a-half inch square aluminum horizontal lattices, which allow light through, while preventing the need for expensive periodic painting. The appearance is both handsome and magnetic.In summary, on every project Michael and his team have been a delight - patient, proficient, and dependable.
