Terrible customer service. Plus they want $300 cash for a simple tax file… shady.

I was making like, sitting in there lobby for 30 minutes without as much as a gesture to acknowledge I was there from the receptionist, then I hear conversations from other customers, one man was waiting three hours and counting for a copy of his 2023 tax return… that was enough for me to walk out.

Terrible service, the secretary is terrible at customer service, she is rude and haughty. They did the taxes wrong and our process lasted 2 months, saying they were going to correct it, they never corrected it and to make matters worse, it was expensive.
In short: poorly done job, terrible service and expensive!
I will never return to them.

Absolutely no professionalism, the receptionist, the older lady, was rude, and I don't think she knows anything at all about being a secretary. (Maybe she is Moises's grandmother) I had an appointment with this Moises who waited more than a month waiting for the date to arrive and when it arrived it turned out that the appointment was canceled. I never received a call or email notifying me of the cancellation. It was the first and last time I set foot in that office. Never again. It was recommended by a friend, maybe they treat him well, but it was not a good experience for me. I wasted gas, and more my time waiting for the day for the appointment. Naca office!
