Great customer service for several years. We have taken several formal gowns, all daugther's dance and prom dresses, daughter's wedding dress and my wedding dress here. Will not go anywhere else... it's been a great experience.

I have been patronizing Lido since moving into the Bay Park neighborhood in summer of 2000. Over the course of these many years, Thu has altered or repaired just about anything you can imagine with a sewn seam, from pants to ski clothes to shirts and jackets, my wife's wedding dress, even lightweight luggage and a backpack. When she partnered with a dry cleaning plant and offered laundry service, Lido became our go-to for that as well. Her pricing, timeliness and quality of work are all highest level and you could not ever hope to find a better provider of tailoring and dry cleaning services. Great reliable service for a decent price. Needed curtains for my immense windows before moving out. The Lido Lady did a fantastic job and in a short period of time. Highly recommend!
