This place is consistently excellent - something that is not easy to find! Sunita is always there and is fabulous - never had a single issue with a single item of clothing. Worth driving to for sure.
I am changing my review and give Jay the owner 4 stars for remediating the situation where I had lost 2 brand new shirts. He was very diligent in responding to my yelp review and making the effort to find my items. Thank you. For the lady that works there I would request she get some customer service training and care more about issues that customers have so that the owner doesn't have to get involved. Thanks again Mr.Jay for resolving my issue!
I am so pleased with the Rancho Bernardo Legacy Dry Cleaners. I picked up a silk dress I left on Wednesday. I was told it would be ready Monday. Wow! It was ready for pick-up Friday and what a beautiful job. I am very pleased with the quality of service!
