I purchased a 3 pack of 30-60 min lymphatic massages for postop. I was paired with Chris, who was extremely nice and seemed knowledgeable about the lymphatic system. However, one first appointment, when I arrived at 360 Chris was not there and I had to call around to find out that he had a tire blowout and would be able 45 mins late to my appointment, without notification to me. I've now had 4 lymphatic Massages with Chris - no post op or nothing, I just like to get my lymphs addressed! I typically prefer receiving massages from a female masseuse, but Chris just had too many good reviews written about him so I had to try out his expertise. Chris confirmed with me before we started that I was okay with a male masseuse and he described what lymphatic massages really are, and what parts of the body get focused on. Chris, the owner, is extremely personable and it is evident he is very passionate about what he does! He truly cares about you, is super motivating/uplifting and pushes you to your full potential during his training sessions and exercises. The InBody system is great -- it allows him to fully see what's needed and gives a great breakdown on which parts of the body need work, your muscle mass, how much fat, and more. I have had wonderful sessions and would recommend to anyone!
