I had Luke come out to consult on a tree (that it turns out was fine)-but I was absolutely blown away by how knowledgeable, friendly and up-front Luke was. If I have any tree issues in the future I will absolutely be using LC Tree Service.

LC Tree service was professional, on time, reliable, easy to reach by phone, and fairly priced for the job. First, they sent out a qualified Arborist who took a lot of time to explain the problem to us. They did this as No Charge to me, which I found refreshing. Next, they itemized the cost to remove two small trees, flowers, grind stump, etc. They appraised the job in segments, so we could do any or part of the job to save money, if we desired. Finally, they came on time, communicated well and completed our job. They cleaned up, and left the site in great condition. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend them! Arborist consultation with Luke Norvell. Luke was incredibly resourceful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. He provided meticulous details and care instructions for every plant at our new home. I greatly appreciate being provided the knowledge to make the best decision for our home instead of just being sent a list of services. I really feel like I have a relationship with my own arborist and I look forward to working with Luke in the future as I do some work on my own and hire LC Trees to come out and do some things I need professional help with. They've earned me as a long term customer.
