John came through for me. I'm a high-maintenance consumer, so the fact that in the end I'm super happy is a huge tribute to John's patience and focus. For some details . . . My 2016 HP laptop suddenly had a black screen. John diagnosed that it needed a new motherboard. While he was at it, he replaced the old internal hard disk drive (HDD) drive with a solid-state drive (SSD). Some surprises happened along the way, sort of like a home reno project, but he worked through them. I'm using my laptop already, and it seems to be performing better than before the black screen, thanks to the SSD and John's handiwork.

Took an old MacBook here to have cleared for my daughter. Super friendly and honest about pros/cons of updating the system. They were fast and my daughter is excited to have something to do her school work on!

My first impression when making a phone call to laptop repair source was that they were very friendly and respectful. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jon. He told me that he should be able to get my laptop repaired in the same day. My laptop wouldn't boot up which was stressful to me because I didn't want to have to worry about buying a new laptop and spending money that I don't really have. Jon came through and I couldn't be any happier having my laptop back. He replaced the hard drive, cleaned up my laptop making it 5 times faster, and installed all new software.Thanks Jon and laptop repair source.
