Kirby Vacuum - Factory Authorized Sales & Service

I've had my Kirby over 20 years and I would never trust another vacuum with my home. Just took it in for a service and it says good as new! You can tell the owners really care about the product and give exceptional customer service. If I could give her 1 million stars I would!

- Our Kirby G5 broke on 23 October 2023. This is the first time we have ever had an issue with it.- We have been dealing with this Kirby Office for many, many years.- Once the Kirby Representative “John” saw the issue he told us to come back in about an hour and the repair would be complete.- John was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS & EFFICIENT!- We will definitely be back if we have another issue.- KIRBY is the BEST (this our third unit in 40 years)- We have been dealing with this Kirby Office for many, many years and have purchased 2 KIRBY’s from this store.THANKS JOHN!

They are absolutely wonderful and always help us out when we need it. Customer service is above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say anything as to the sales experience as we walked into the storefront ourselves to purchase our Kirby.Real world scenario and not a demonstration, vacuumed our living room twice, slowly with our shark which was still in great condition.
