- Our Kirby G5 broke on 23 October 2023. This is the first time we have ever had an issue with it.- We have been dealing with this Kirby Office for many, many years.- Once the Kirby Representative “John” saw the issue he told us to come back in about an hour and the repair would be complete.- John was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS & EFFICIENT!- We will definitely be back if we have another issue.- KIRBY is the BEST (this our third unit in 40 years)- We have been dealing with this Kirby Office for many, many years and have purchased 2 KIRBY’s from this store.THANKS JOHN!

They are absolutely wonderful and always help us out when we need it. Customer service is above and beyond and extremely knowledgeable. I can’t say anything as to the sales experience as we walked into the storefront ourselves to purchase our Kirby.Real world scenario and not a demonstration, vacuumed our living room twice, slowly with our shark which was still in great condition. Immediately followed with a single pass with the Kirby and picked up almost a full inch of debris (an inch in the Kirby bag), full of dusty dead skin, you name it. I've bought 2 Kirby's over the years. One of which was at this service location. I have been coming to them over the last several years to buy products for my Kirby & for very minor upkeep.STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EACH AND EVERY TIME!!!
