Setting the appointment was easy as it was all done online and even showed me days and times of availability. The company responded back with confirmation and the direct email to the inspector, Randall, which I appreciated in case I had any questions before the inspection. I owe these people so much!! Saved me a huge headache and lots of money! It was my second inspection on a property that I was close to buying. Within one hour, these inspectors , Randy specifically , found a HUGE leak from the plumbing by running the showers in all the bathrooms. There was water pouring into the garage below and ended up coming through the living room wall!! If it hadn't been for this inspection, I would have never found this out! Good reviews on yelp can mean so many things, I've heard businesses can even pay to get rid of bad reviews, so you never know what to trust, but these people are the real deal. Randy the Inspector was very thorough and pointed out some concerning and general safety items on a recent inspection for a new build. We were able to get the items remediated thanks to his checking. I tried to follow up with Randy to get some of my remaining questions answered, by contacting the company (phone) and the founder (email) who forwarded my request. However, I never got any call backs.
