She’ll introduce you to traditional Pilates (not the Lagree Pilates you often see at other studios) on the mat, reformer and Cadillac and will help you a lot with your form.Her guidance has helped me transform both my body and mind - just trust the process and give it a shot! ;)

Highly recommend Janae Luxe Pilates Studio!! I have been working out with Janae Luxe Studio for years and every workout is amazing! She really takes the time to listen to her clients and gives them tips to reach their fitness goals! She also does fun events to bring her clients together and has created a fitness family for us all! In addition to Pilates she also teaches my favorite class TRX and she still makes sure to incorporate Pilates at the very end of each work out!

I’ve been taking classes (both private and group) with Jessica for years. I had been to one or two other pilates studios before hers, but it wasn’t until I started taking classes with her that I began to love and get the most out of pilates. On top of that, my knee pain and sciatica have gotten so much better since doing pilates with Jessica, and she equipped me with the knowledge to stretch/workout better with those injuries in mind. Always guaranteed a great workout.
