Jessica is the best instructor I have worked with! She makes class fun and educational. She makes sure that we all get the right workout and she tailors it to our individual needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better Pilates instructor!
Awesome workout! Pilates helps me with everything from core strength to flexibility. Jessica is a true professional and really knows what she is doing. The studio is conveniently located downtown. Give her a chance to make your body more fit you won't be disappointed.
