Jasmine and team are excellent cleaners. I had a few suits dry cleaned and they are like new. What I enjoy most about J&E is the friendly service and fun personality of the owner.

I've never reviewed a Dry Cleaners before. Our old one closed so I tried J & E Cleaners in the Rancho Bernardo shopping center. I was greeted by a nice young woman with a smile and she was happy to receive my business. I've noticed in RB there are places where the Customer isn't treated with manners or professionalism. One cleaner wanted payment BEFORE services received. Another shoe repair place acted angry to even see a person walk IN to their establishment. I turned around and left. I started to use J & E Cleaners recently and I am very happy. Their turn around times are quick and send you a friendly text reminder when its ready for pick up. I had a really old jacket that I got cleaned and it looks brand new again. They did a great job in repairing its fuzz and the stitching that was coming out. Overall the experience has been great and easy.
