Negotiate as high as possible salary. Demand they tell you pay rate or salary by email before talking to them. It's a turn and burn body shop.Do not talk to them unless you have been given specific job position information. Read the NOT recommended reviews.Experience Totally depends on the recruiter and position and employer and job. The benefits suck.

I have worked for a couple of Agencies before, and I can honestly say it has not been good experiences. With Insight Global It has been awesome one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I have a rep her name is Katie; she is so great to work with. She takes the time to call, and checkup see how it's going, and how I am doing. In the past no one I have worked with would reach out once you got the job that was it, but not with Insight Global. This company is by far hands down the best company to work for.
