A check was sent in error to Hy Lang and when I reached out which they got back to me initially, but when I followed up after, they blew me off. I have been trying to recoup $800 that belongs to the Association I manage, so beware as this demonstrates their integrity, or lack there of. Unfortunately, I don’t have much other recourse, so I must resort to this. Although Karma will catch up, it always does!

Customer service and response to requests is awful! Got the usual we want to make you happy with the final product, then you sign the contract and all the follow up and courtesy disappears. Literally got an email response saying all the ways to look up do it myself after I was offered a courtesy final setup appointment. Don't recommend them at all!

Javier and Jose were extremely detailed and professional in their setting up of our smart home components ensuring to hit every device. They immediately handled every unforeseen issue including acquiring additional parts and finishing the entire job within a few hours. Javier was extremely knowledgeable of the home automation ecosystem sharing his thoughts on gear/approach beyond the scope of the work he was doing.
