Bought 6 mini splits from this company. One is having an issue. We have been calling all of the company office locations for help for A WEEK. ONLY the Phoenix location answers and they gave me the number for a general electrician. We have called him, we have text him and no responcesnfr9m any of the locations or the general electrician. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Customer service is important. I see comments about good customer service but that was clearly back in 2020 like the posts show.

Called to ask if i should come to get loaded after my delivery, they said yes come over, after i got there they told me they wont be able to load me today and to come back tomorrow morning, now its been over hour and a half in the morning and still not loaded. Slow and bad

Terrible experience, I worked for 3 weeks, reorganized their entire warehouse from top to bottom and the person in charge fired me, arguing that my dismissal was for having started to unload some containers that had already been hired to unload 2 people (arguing that I was doing the difficult job instead of being in the forklift) his thinking is mediocre but I understand he is Latin and he has to take care of his job... a shame, good company with excellent employees but this person is very mediocre and lacks judgment.
