Excellent haircut from Tammy friendly and efficient

I made an appointment to get a hair cut today. I even received an email confirmation and reminder. Drove 40 minutes round trip, only to find that the business was closed. I called their phone number and it said to go on the website to call the person you made an appointment with. Even after leaving a voice message, I received no call back. Terrible experience overall.

Had an appointment with Patricia Belmontes a while back. She greeted me, verbatim “you have a Groupon?” In a snarky tone, I did not have a Groupon and unsure of why she would assume I did ? She then went on to make derogatory comments about my toes during my pedicure, overall a less than delightful experience. If you do not want to reel in clients from Groupon do not advertise on that platform. Also, do not assume a person of color/ young female or whatever caused you to assume I had a Groupon is using discounted platforms to pay for services it’s offensive and ignorant.Service: Pedicure
