I have been looking into Grounding Mats and when I heard Hot Haven was now offering them I was thrilled to purchase one from them. Even after all my research I was still skeptical of what it says they can do. I have had it for the past week and use it regularly. I usually wake up throughout the night and have trouble falling back asleep, stress and worry always kept me awake as well. I have slept not only through the night but have slept great. My energy level seems to have increased as well. My husband has back pain and he has noticed an improvement and so far the pain has lessened. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and explained the benefits of lymphatic drainage. During the treatment, I fell into a deep sleep (yay recovery). This is a fun wellness activity to try.
