The company get me up-to-date about an upcoming service. The technician also kept in communication with us. When he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and treatment that no other service provider has ever done.
I hired them when I was having a lot of ants all over my house. And it was more important to me that chemicals used do not cause any harm to my 1 year old baby.
Even though they use non toxic chemicals, we still stay away from any sprayed areas for a few hours.
We have not had any problems with any bugs since we hired them. Whenever we see any, Julio is proactive and takes care of the concerns in a quick and efficient manner.
Our technician, Jorge Sanchez Jr. is an exemplary employee of your company. He is always professional and efficient, and very pleasant to work with. If we could give him 6 stars we would! He is very deserving of PPC’s highest accolades!
