Dawn was so amazing in helping us through one of the toughest decisions we had to make with our sweet Marley. From the moment she arrived there was a peacefulness to her manner and demeanor. She took her time, prepared us for what to expect and let us take our time throughout the process. She was so gentle and caring through the process. When it was all said and done we felt at peace! I cannot say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend her and her professionalism and gentleness. If I could give her 10 ⭐️’s we would! Dr. Dawn is so gentle and calming it made it easier on all of us especially for me to try and hold it together for my lovely 16 year old puppy. Dr. Dawn was understanding and empathetic, just making the phone call felt like my heart was being ripped out and yet she was able to get me to a place where I could hear her (or rather she could figure out what I was asking) and she compassionately walked me through what I would need: the procedure, after care options, and costs involved for what I wanted to do — and she just reassured me that what I wanted and needed was ok, that there was no censure or judgment was I felt supported. This was the hardest decision I've ever had to make. Dawn came so highly recommended and really helped make this process peaceful and easy. She came to my home and helped me make my boy comfortable and content before he went. I 100% recommend Dawn for this. Thank you so much for guiding Franklin into the next life.
