I went into this session hopeful but came out with my expectations completely exceeded! When life gives you lemons....go to Tamara and make lemonade. Problems I had for years were fixed in minutes. There's something amazing about the mind-soul connection and Tamara does a great job at facilitating it. You walk out feeling strong, independent, and confident. Thank you so much for your help!

Tamara did such deep work in such a short time! I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but I'm really glad I did.She was able to help with physical feelings--like jaw pain from clenching --and to work on releasing fears and anxieties.
