I came here for a new ukulele after deciding to upgrade from my starter one. I had a wonderful experience here and highly recommend it. Ric, the owner, was so friendly and helpful with helping me decide on a new ukulele. He was honest and incredibly knowledgable about the quality, price, and sound of each ukulele and made sure I found an instrument I loved within my budget. And I got a sweet case for it too! He was patient while I picked out a case and instrument and was happy to help when I had any questions. Afterwards, he gave us a couple shirts (I came with my college bestie) and to this day, I still wear that shirt all the time. It's super comfy and the design... read full review

Great service great selection very knowledgeable! Ric IS The Ukulele Guy! Entry level to hi-end and everything in-between. And wide selection of accessories. If it's got to do with Ukulele... Hale is the place to visit.
