This is my second review of Grand Entrances. I did a 5* review on our initial purchase because I so loved the high quality, beautiful door we purchased and enjoyed working with Howard and Colin. We recently had an issue and needed to have some of the glass replaced. Grand Entrances could not have been more on top of things! Omar fixed things in a snap. Great guy too! Grand Entrances is a total 5* in my book!!

Two words: Bespoke Design.After trying to plan a stunning front door myself, I realized it was time to call in the pro's. Cesar was extremely savvy with the design and offered a range of options. When I narrowed the general design down he provided several options on finish color, offered a range of options with respect to glass, materials, and assisted with hardware selection. I received my product 3 weeks ahead of schedule and installation was quickly / easily installed with Francisco. I have no idea why this company has only 3.5 stars. We shopped several other places first and found service was simply non-existent until we met with Colin at Grand Entrances who took the time to show us a variety of styles, colors and hardware. Grand Entrances definitely skews to a higher price point but their quality, service and the ability to custom make a door for you represents excellent value. We highly recommend Colin and the Grand Entrances crew.
