They helped me install a tricky panic bar with a trim piece that was discontinued. The people in the store were all extremely helpful and friendly helping me find the part. My technician was Jeff and he was awesome! We were really in a pickle as a door my company was painting broke while we were using the door. Highly recommend for any locksmith needs.

On 9-21-23, I decided to go to a local locksmith in Poway (Village Lock & Key) to support a local business. I had a minor issue involving 1 of 3 identical locks for my work cabinet. I had lost the original key and had another locksmith, Grah Safe & Lock, 20 miles away make new keys since I was in that particular area. I explained the problem to the Poway locksmith that I had with the lock & key, which was identical to 2 other locks on the same work cabinet. I've been in the market for a safe and rather than looking online I decided to go to a long standing and reputable shop not far from my area.I visited their website prior to going and it looked like the place to go for any newcomer looking to invest in a safe for home or business.Upon arriving, I walked in and immediately was blown away by the size and quality of the safe inventory they had.Really any safe for any size to accommodate your needs.While looking I was approached by a very polite and knowledgeable store associate named Malik.Malik was extremely helpful!Extremely patient!He did not mind at all answering the slurry of rapid fire questions I kept asking... read full review
