I visited this store for the first time last weekend to replace the batteries in 5 watches. I was given a discount per watch from their regular price. Turns out I ruined the movement on two of the watches because the batteries had leaked. Brian was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He let me use his loupe to examine the damage myself. He also made me aware that one of the watches, although not worth a ton of money, was considered a collector's piece. If I decide to replace the movement(s) at some point in the future, I know where I will be bringing my business. They are great! They also have a great selection of Ball watches.
GQ was a spot that I found looking for a store that had watch straps available. Boy, did they not disappoint, Brian was so helpful as soon as I arrived, he a very personable and knowledgeable person that made the whole experience memorable. If you are looking for any type of watch straps or watches in general this is the spot to come to in San Diego. Great time pieces and great customer service. The whole experience felt tailored to me and I really appreciated that. Will be back very soon.
The shop has a super cool collection of timepieces, both modern and vintage. Brian was so kind and knowledgeable! He helped me resize and set up my first watch. We will definitely be coming back for any watch-related needs.
