This is my daughter's 7th season with Golden State Ballet and we have loved all of our time at Golden State! Raul and Cindy are wonderful and their doors are always open for any questions or concerns a parent may have. They have a dedicated staff and team for the students. We love the performances and seeing all that our daughter is learning. They truly care about each and every student and if they have concerns they are quick to address them with the parents. My daughter spends over 13 hours a week at the studio and I know she is in great hands while she is there. We love being a part of the Golden State family!
Our daughters have been attending GSBP for the last 6+ months refining their skills. Top notch caring and instruction: push the limits for our SeAnna and Sunnie! First class instruction and teachings.
My daughter was very excited to attend their summer program! She was suppose to return in the fall but was awarded a scholarship to a dance school in NYC. Raul and Cindy are warm, inviting and see each dancer for their own strengths. They do a ton of hands on corrections and spend time with each individual kid whether they are the best in the class or not. We loved that they do Pilates which is essential for a well-rounded, balanced dancer. They believe in every student whether they want to become professionals or not. Cindy is extremely knowledgable in Pilates. We loved that they brought in guest artists to teach contemporary, hip-hop, choreography and ballet. A well-rounded, strong ballet pre-professional program. San Diego is lucky to have them.
