Gateway Comprehensive Medical Group

Most unprofessional medical group I have ever been with. I first joined the group ignoring the reviews and was assigned to Dr Rawi. I’ve set up a in person check up so I can discuss some issues I’ve been facing. I show up to my appointment 10 mins early and I was asked to sign in and have a seat. 2 hours go by and I still haven’t been called. I asked the desk clerk what was going on and she said she’s sorry but they don’t have me on their calendar. She said I would have to call the number and book an appointment. I have been dealing with them for my dad’s care and let me say please avoid this place at all costs. Staff is rude and clueless about everything. They don’t help and you are lucky if they pick up the phone and don’t be surprised if when you finally talk to someone the call gets “disconnected”. The medical equipment does not work and you need to explain things to them many times because apparently there aren’t any notes on their system. It’s a total nightmare. Patients deserve much better than this. Definitely makes me appreciate my doctors.
