“They were very busy, And I had all the patience in the world, come to find out they had the same for me, it was perfect for my situation And they shipped my fathers ashes to me from San Diego to Vegas. I found them 5 days before the deadline at the medical examiner’s office and was scared that I wouldn’t make the 30 day deadline to retrieve my fathers ashes, infact I didn’t speak to them until right before the weekend, but they handled it And were so patient with me when it came to information they needed, payment (they gave me time to make the payment) and they kept their word, I told them don’t rush my main concern is that we actually claim And pick up his body.
