Miguel, Edgar and Jerry were very professional and friendly. Miguel explained all the steps and answered all my questions. The team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use Friars Air again.
Nick immediately found the problem (an old capacitor) and fixed it. He then asked me about doing a more complete tuneup and cleaning. Since it hadn’t been done in a while, I agreed. All quick and efficient! Plus, he was easy to talk with about what he was doing, etc. Nice guy!
Miguel and Edgar were amazing. Very polite, respectful and helpful. They did a great job and kept everything clean. Cleaner than before they came.
My first contact with Juan Carlos was great - he set up appt for estimate. Rick came and he too was polite and respectful.
