I had my Sony earbud batteries replaced here, he not only was extremely communicative and knowledgeable, but was able to fix them in a reasonable time frame. I highly recommend going to Franchittis and I personally will be coming back.

I had to get my phone repaired after I got into an accident today when somebody rear ended me on our way to a snorkelling excursion having all that information on my phone of course the worst has to happen and the phone falls out of the dry bag in the kayak into the ocean, phone read Summer reviews and called this guy because I had very important information regarding the accident for the Rental car company. This guy was a solid dude and a super nice guy and he had my phone repaired with a new screen cleaned out and working again in 45 minute. I wish I had some pics of the experience but Stephan aka Steve was able to replace my battery that was not operating correctly and do like an iphone cleaning / detail type service so now i can once again hear clearly out of phone speaker ports. For a 100 bucks awesome deal and he performed the service on the 4th of July . Took about 1 hour to complete the service . Highly recommended !!!!
