Though I had a good experience with the optometrist everything went downhill when it was time to deal with the ophthalmologist. They refuse to measure you for glasses unless you are ordering from them, the optometry side of the business was unaware of this and had me drive back for the measurements. Though they have a beautiful selection of frames none of their frames come in under under $200 unless it's on sale. This does not stand out to me as a business that cares about the military family.
