We were forced to remodel after a water leak in our kitchen and weren’t prepared to redo the flooring. But the owner Bryan helped us the whole way to figure out the best type of flooring and work with the timeline. The install was professional and top notch.
I wanted to wait several months before I wrote my review on the quality of the luxury spc vinyl flooring I purchased for my new home. The first rep I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable and inspired me to return for my final decision, but it was the owner Bryan with his over the top customer service, recommendations and knowledge that sealed the deal! Not only did he give me a great price, but he also assisted in getting me all my materials when the distributor was not releasing or guaranteeing delivery when I already scheduled the installer! Bryan and his team are exceptional. We had a big project to redo the entire flooring upstairs and downstairs and I had multiple quotes. He was the most competitive by far and his value overall is incredible. He was intimately involved throughout the project, issues arose and he handled them all incredibly professionally, and he remained communicative throughout the entire process. Rest assure with Bryan and his team, which included Ruben as the flooring expert, he is as good as they get for flooring and as as honest and trustworthy as you could ever hope for.
