I’ve been to 2 other F45 studios and the PB one stands out. The coaches are laid back and friendly but also know when to push you a little bit further. They provide good tips on form that make it apparent how focused they are on helping you get a better workout. Great spot ?
Visiting from Orange County using the passport feature. Awesome club and awesome trainers that motivates everyone. I’ll definitely visit this pacific beach studio when I’m back in town! ?
F45 in Pb is amazing. I’ve been a member for almost a year. The staff are so kind and get you in good spirits even at 5:30am. They are good at watching and correcting your form. I highly recommend checking them out.
