F45 in Pb is amazing. I’ve been a member for almost a year. The staff are so kind and get you in good spirits even at 5:30am. They are good at watching and correcting your form. I highly recommend checking them out.

I was on vacation in California and a friend took me to see the studio. I loved the reception, the teachers and the dynamics of the class. Good training to get started the day in the best possible way. I highly recommend the F45 Training!!

I’ve been going for about a month now and I’ve been LOVING the 5:30 and 6:15 classes! Instructors are all super sweet and the crew is just super welcoming! Loving my experience!
