F45 in Pb is amazing. I’ve been a member for almost a year. The staff are so kind and get you in good spirits even at 5:30am. They are good at watching and correcting your form. I highly recommend checking them out.

Really love coming here for a quick but challenging workout! I love how different the class is every time... all the trainers at this location have been super friendly. I appreciate F45 being an option on ClassPass and this studio has quickly become one of my favorite spots!!!

I was on vacation in California and a friend took me to see the studio. I loved the reception, the teachers and the dynamics of the class. Good training to get started the day in the best possible way. I highly recommend the F45 Training!!
