I was referred to EyeUniversal from another web designer and developer that was a little more than what I needed. It was not an easy development due to the number of SKUs I had but after some time, we got a real good working website. I was happy with the outcome, although I would have liked them to be more proactive with the design and development and provide insights rather than me directing the process. Dhruv is a good guy and will make it a point to get things done. My site is due a refresh and at some point I will reach out to Dhruv and EyeUniversal as the preferred provider.
I have worked with Dhruv and Cynthia for since 2018. Their team of web professionals have been the best to work with. As I have always said, if you need it done right, you need to make sure you have an expert in the field.We had multiple special item requests for our website and they were able to deliver and also provide support for the website.Over all, they are not the cheapest or most expensive developer in the world, but they are reasonably priced and professionally managed.Each project is different and has a lot of challenges.We were able to start the project and completed it in a timely manner.I highly recommend their work.
I initially contacted them about issues on my website because my developer disappeared. They initially didn't charge me anything to do a few fixes and then I signed up with them for their support plan. I'm so busy in the field so I love their ticketing system. They are fast at whatever I request! I love the fact I can track everything and its organized. I'm planning to do more business with some marketing with them. Good company love their follow ups.
